Shipment & Delivery
We often receive questions about the process of shipping a puppy, with many people wondering about its safety and how it works. Here’s a detailed explanation to help you feel more comfortable with the process:
Shipping a Puppy Is Very Safe:
Your Aussie puppy will be flown from the nearest airport to us to your closest airport in a climate-controlled, airline-approved pet carrier. Before the flight, you will receive a flight number, arrival time, and a reference number for your puppy. We handle all the arrangements, and you can either pick up your puppy at the airport or choose home delivery, which most of our customers prefer for convenience.
The shipping process is designed to be safe and stress-free for your puppy. Puppies are transported in a special climate-controlled and pressurized compartment on the plane, separate from passenger luggage. We strive to use direct, non-stop flights whenever possible to minimize travel time and stress.
Our shipping crates are clearly marked with bright “LIVE ANIMALS” and “UP” stickers. We also label them with the destination airport, confirmation number, and your contact details. Before shipping, we ensure the puppies are comfortable with the crate by playing with them inside it. We provide ample food and water to keep them nourished and hydrated throughout the journey.
We closely monitor weather conditions and only ship when it is deemed safe. The health and safety of your puppy are our top priorities, and we will not ship if weather conditions are hazardous. Shipping typically occurs any day of the week, and we guarantee the safe and healthy arrival of your puppy. While your new puppy may take a day or two to adjust to their new home, most settle in quickly and feel right at home.
